A yoga studio around the corner from me did a month trial membership where you are able to do as many sessions as you like, so had a go at most of the them. Agree with the remark above that some of the Flow ones aren't that great for a beginner, but I'm having a go at a newbies Vinyasa one tonight to see the way it goes. You will have lined this so effectively and it makes so much sense because we do have a tendency to return down on our heels and do a lot harm to our skeletal system. I even like the way these look!
